Here at Noel we are Looking for an Ass. Bar Manager for our Client, a natural leader with a desire to deliver exceptional levels of service in a highly guest-focused environment.
To assist and support the Bar Manager to achieve an efficient and cost-effective Bar service. To meet and exceed budgeted sales and profit margins through creative and innovative ideas and a motivated and engaged work force

The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong food and beverage background with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role with 4/5 star hospitality experience;
• Ambition to drive standards in a busy environment;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Flexibility, reliability and enthusiasm;
• Adherence to margins, revenue and labour targets;
• Committed to delivering high levels of guest service;
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of the team;
