Support Worker

Location: Denmead

Hourly Rates: £10.90 (Mon to Fri) to £13.62 (weekends) & £15.90 (sleep in) per hour

The hourly rate may further go up to incorporate shift enhancements for sleep-in shifts and waking nights as part of a typical rota.

Contract Type: Full time, Part Time, Permanent. Sleep in shifts, every other weekend

To start as soon as possible

Essential Criteria
• Be prepared to travel to work in the Denmead area
• Able to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Experience of supporting people with a variety of needs
• Promote and encourage people's independence
• Good communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, and written
• Confident to lone work
