This is your new challenge:
• Completing shipping documents and processing invoices and customs documents
• Conscientious maintenance of data in SAP and ensuring electronic communication with the customer
• Checking the advance shipping notification and, if necessary, taking measures in case of errors
• Ordering service providers and forwarding agents
• Booking incoming and outgoing goods
• Operating the customs software with regard to import, export or non-duty paid parts

These are your previous achievements:
• Completed vocational training in the commercial/logistical field - ideally e.g. as an industrial clerk, forwarding clerk or in wholesale and foreign trade
• Relevant professional experience in the field of customs clearance, import and export as well as logistics
• Good knowledge of shop floor processes
• Confident handling of MS Office programs and standard logistics SAP transactions
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
