We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Maintenance Team Lead for our new logistics center in Erfurt, who will be responsible for a team of maintenance technicians within a shift.

If you move to Erfurt, we will provide a relocation bonus of 7,500 USD if your home address is at least 80 km from the site.

The focus of this role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.

Work in a hands-on manner and demonstrate SME (Subject Matter Expert) levels of knowledge on all MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in the building.
