Role Description

This Restaurant Manager’s role offers the flexibility to only work weekdays and usually between 9am-4pm. Something quite rare in the hospitality sector.

The successful candidate will split their time between the UOW and Wollongong stores and they will be responsible for managing the restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high quality standards in the store.

Key responsibilities include managing staff, creating staff schedules, managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness of premises, and overall financial management of the restaurant.
