We are seeking an experienced EngineeringOperations Manager to join a well-established and successful engineering inspections company.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of inspections whilst maintaining compliance with ISO 17020 and UKAS accreditation standards.

General Duties (not an exhaustive list)
• Operational Management – manage the day-to-day operations of the Engineer Surveyors
• Compliance & Accreditation – maintain a thorough understanding of LOLER, PSSR, COSHH, PUWER, and other relevant regulations
• Team Leadership
• Client Relations – serve as a key contact for clients and collaborate with the sales and business development teams
• Health & Safety – champion a safety-first culture and implement / enforce safety protocols and risk assessments

• Bachelors degree, HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering field
