Whilst most guests are counting sheep, we need to count the day’s figures, host the night owls with a warm welcome, refreshing smile and an upbeat Yes I Can! attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
• To ensure that our guests are offered the highest quality standards in service and care, anticipating their needs and being attentive at all times.
• Responsible for the smooth and efficient running and the security of the hotel and safety of all guests, during the night.
• Clean/ tidy public areas, bathrooms & function rooms and setting up of function rooms to a high standard.
