Manpower Group is looking A CUSTOMER PROGRAM MANAGER for a leading company in the automotive sector. CPM is appointed by the Organization to guide the Team towards accomplishing the stated objectives of a project (scope, time, cost).

Key responsibilities
• Support Sales in the acquisition of new orders according to Business Lines targets;
• Define the scope of the project and create the general plan of the Program;
• Responsible for Final Unitary Product Cost, Scope and Timing of the overall program within the guidelines of PME
• Lead Core Team members from Nomination phase until handover to serial production;
• Manage planned activities through Project Reviews and the compliance with internal Milestones;
• Communication hub to project team and stakeholders involved in the Project;
• Manage issue logs and risk management plans in order to provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may compromise project results and promote corrective actions;
