What You Will Enjoy Doing

Our 24-month trainee program lets you dive into the fields of Procurement (Purchasing, Procurement Management, Expediting, Logistics) within an international organization.
• You will get a comprehensive view of our business through job rotations in various commercial and technical departments (e.g. Project Management, Contract Management, Project Controls, Engineering, Global Construction)
• The Program allows you to develop deep understanding of Linde Engineering’s strategy, business model, markets and competitors as well as business acumen and a global approach
• One part of the program will be at an international location (foreign subsidiary or construction site). From the beginning, you will take on the challenge of project-work which enables you to grow on the job and gain extensive professional experience
