We are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Scottburgh Duties to include but not limited to:

Ensures that all reported items are repaired within a reasonable timeframe.
Ensures that the room care programme is pre-planned, budgeted and managed.
Draws up a preventative maintenance schedule annually and ensures that all plant and machinery is maintained in accordance with the schedule.
Attends to breakdowns of plant, machinery and equipment and general repairs in the shortest possible time.
Maintains safety records as required by the relevant Laws of the Republic of South Africa and regularly checks that all emergency equipment is in working order.
Places orders for maintenance requirements and repairs having first obtained the approval of the General Manager or the Assistant General Manager.
Undertakes routine checks on soft water and water pressure equipment and maintains when necessary.
