Gordon School is seeking a highly skilled, enthusiastic, and culturally competent community builder to lead the planning and fundraising for the school’s annual fund, The Gordon Fund. The Gordon Fund is the school’s most important fundraising campaign each year and is critical to the financial strength of the institution.

This is an exciting time for Gordon and fundraising. The school is currently in the beginning stages of its most ambitious fundraising campaign to date. The Gordon Fund and Gordon's endowment (currently at $12M) are essential parts of the school's operating budget, totaling just over 10%. These two revenue streams have grown over the past five years, specifically, the Gordon Fund has increased its revenue by 23% since 2018 and alumni giving has tripled over the past three years.
