Educates and supports the on-board management with regards to HR policies, procedures and standards including but not limited to the company’s performance management, the progressive discipline procedures, the development procedures such as Position Change, Promotion Proposals, Potential Evaluation and the Grievance Procedures on board.
Partners with Department and Division Heads to ensure consistent and fair application of all tools, resources and trainings
