What You Do As Specialist CRM & Analytics

As Specialist CRM & Analytics your role involves the daily upkeep and enhancement of our CRM system and support with Marketing Analytics requests and dashboard maintenance.

With your knowledge of CRM and analytics, your can-do mentality and a good dose of enthusiasm you will be working on different tasks and projects. Together, we will shape your exact role.

You work in a team of content managers, SEO advisors, data analyst and digital marketeers. You report to the Head of Channels & Marketing Infrastructure. In your daily work you are involved in, amongst other things:

CRM
• Application expert for the Marketing & Sales elements of CRM
• Setup and maintain processes for lead generation and campaign assignment, including the integration with our corporate websites.
