SMM Group is currently seeking a dedicated Office Assistant within its Corporate and Immigration Departments to join our team.

The ideal candidate would preferably have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in other languages will be considered an asset), and have a strong background in bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of corporate documentation for company incorporations and annual maintenance

Assist with Immigration matters and preparation of applications.

Maintain accurate records and files.

Assist with bookkeeping tasks.

Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in other languages is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
