Responsibilities

1. Owner-Company Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between property owners and the company, ensuring efficient and transparent communication.

2. Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients interested in our property management services and present tailored proposals to them.

3. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales, rentals, and listings teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

4. Rental Pricing: Work closely with property owners and the listing team to determine appropriate rental pricing strategies that maximize returns.

5. Financial Management: Coordinate with the finance team to handle accounting, billing, and financial reporting for property owners.

6. Unit Handover: Oversee the smooth handover of units once construction is completed, ensuring they are ready for occupancy. 7. Issue Resolution: Act as an intermediary between property owners and building developers, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
