Job description

Administrator required for a public sector body in Tullamore
• 35 Hours per week
• Monday - Friday 9-16.30
• Immediate start
• Temporary position – Rolling contract.
• €15.33 per hour

Duties include:
• Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence to the Day Opportunity Office.
• Compliance management & Reporting
• Proofs read documents, bind, photocopy, organise and maintain electronic and manual filing systems.
• Reviewing files and updating the database accordingly.
• Data entry and Data management
• Record management
• Updating files - contracts, staff files,
• Maintaining confidential and high-quality records in a thorough and organised manner.
• Processing client information at the highest level of discretion.

Job Requirements:
• 2 years administration or clerical experience.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Packages and efficient in data entry.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
