Role Description

This is a remote part-time Architect role. You will be responsible for designing and planning the layout of building structures and landscapes, as well as overseeing construction projects to ensure that they adhere to design specifications and municipal by-laws. You will also develop project timelines and budgets, and work with clients and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect
• Experience with 2D and 3D computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, Lumion, and SketchUp
• Excellent knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and municipal by-laws and codes
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and other design professionals
