Management of the NPD process for our customers from concept to sample approval, working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Generation and management of the CPA from initial brief through to handover to the Project Management Team including analysing and mitigating risk.

Liaising with the technical teams on formulation development as per the customers brief and communicating any challenges to the customer clearly and concisely.
Developing packaging briefs based on the customers' brief considering cost, lead time and suitability.

Liaising cross functionally to ensure all key stakeholders are aware of the status of a project and recognize potential risks which may impact the CPA.
Organising and attending weekly/fortnightly/monthly customer meetings to update on current developments, discuss sampling feedback and packaging requirements.
Responsible for generating Product Dossiers for all new developments.
