Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Manager located in Addis Ababa. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing operations and customer service, handling employee schedules and training, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
