Core Responsibilities
• Lead and drive the Automation and Digitalization on the Shopfloor program, a transformation of our manufacturing process to deliver efficiency and create an exciting place to work.
• Revamp program governance – cadence to deliver the agenda, agreeing on targets, set and adhere to standard productivity definitions and act as an un-blocker to ensure we are always on track.
• Focus on accelerating digitalization across manufacturing technologies (Moulding, Packing, Processing) and responsible for progress follow up per technology.
• Identify and build new capabilities e.g., simulation
• Drive the development of 2025 technology innovation pipeline including scouting of new” technologies in collaboration with R&D departments.
