MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for any compliance related internal issues for the Company including but not limited to ensuring fulfilment with the Company’s obligations as an ‘Approved Services Provider’ whether under the regulation of Cyprus Bar Association or Cyprus Securities & Exchange Commission.
• Responsible for the entities managed by the Company and its physical, legal or nominee shareholders (collectively ‘Client Entities’) including but not limited to AML compliance; CRS / FACTA and any related assessments, in conjunction with outsourced compliance services provider where necessary.
