About this opportunity

The HWC Intern job role execute and manage purchase request / orders, component and material import / export / domestic delivery for PDU Hardware CBC teams' responsible projects according to agreements, instructions and Ericsson’s company policies.
What you will do
• Assist NPI managers to issue Purchase Request and follow approval process
• Issue purchase orders in system and follow up goods delivery for projects
• Handle import and export and follow up the status for projects
• Handle domestic delivery for projects to secure on time delivery
• Assist NPI managers with goods reception and distribution
• Clear all open purchase orders. Make sure all the cost should be booked on time and assist finance with payment process
• Handle project special/urgent case if needed
You will bring
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills
• Availability to work more than 4 days each week and can stay at least 6 months
