For our client specializing in the banking sector, we are looking for IT Support L2 ENG - Financial Sector for a permanent contract.

You will join an international company located in Luxembourg. You will be in charge of L2 support for the company and technical support for the IT teams.

The company is looking for someone who already has three years of technical training in a helpdesk and a similar role. Your responsibilities : - You ensure the support for all users for the company.
• You provide assistance with system administration and configuration, user supervision, historical data preservation and troubleshooting.
• You do the maintenance and analysis of systems. - You oversee the server room, including regular room inspections. - You install, configure and upgrade software as well as hardware (network devices, desktops, laptops, phones, printers etc.
