The Buying Assistant will be an integral part of the team, collaborating with various departments, vendors and stakeholders to meet Scenic World’s needs. You will work closely with the Buying Manager, managing and executing cost-effective acquisition of goods and services needed for Scenic World’s day to day activities, including:
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimise costs and streamline processes
• Forecast demand and maintain appropriate inventory levels
