Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Supervisor located in Miānwāli. The Territory Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of sales representatives within a specific territory, ensuring they meet sales objectives and targets. The position will require traveling to different locations within the territory, as needed.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
• At least 3-5 years of sales and management experience in the FMCG industry
• Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and create sales strategies based on insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
