1. Job Responsibilities
1.1. Study and originate effective facility engineering procedure for using in supervising, modifying (if any) Microchip’s infrastructure. And also ensures that the procedure is being intensively conducted starting form the original loan through construction and job commissioning.
1.2. Provide effective training course to improve subordinates capability.
1.3. Cooperate with the concerned governmental officers.
1.4. Allocate job to the suitable subordinates and monitors whether the work has done according to the procedure and requirement.
2. Tasks
2.1. Give project definition, conceptual configuration and component needed to meet the requirement.
2.2. Define project scope and work that must be accomplished.
2.3. Identify the quantity quality and tasks that must be performed against project definition and scope.
2.4. Roughly calculate project budget both direct and indirect expenditure including unexpected variation.
