A well established company is currently recruiting for a HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes in Ghana

Job Summary:

Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment, training, and retention of employees. HR Manager must work closely with senior management and department heads to ensure that the facility has the necessary performance appraisal systems and talent to achieve its business objectives

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (First Class in first degree)
• 10 years proven working experience in Human Resources, with experience in recruitment and employee relations.
• In-depth knowledge of Ghana labour laws and regulations
• Must have experience with Performance appraisals
• Must have experience setting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Must have experience with succession planning
