Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and process accurate payroll for plantation workers, ensuring timely and correct payment of wages and related benefits.
Maintain and update worker records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
Verify and reconcile timesheets, leave records, and other supporting documents for accurate payroll processing.
Generate regular reports related to payroll, attendance, leave balances, and other relevant data as required by management.
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software or systems, ensuring data integrity and security.
Provide general administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks.
