Role Description

This is a full-time Inbound Manager role with some flexibility for remote work. The Inbound Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of inbound tours, including customer service, sales, and operations management. The Inbound Manager will also be responsible for data analysis and communicating feedback to the team. This role is based in Negombo but allows for some work from home.
