The Purpose of the Role

The Site Team Leader oversees the teams responsible for operation install & service support at specific customer sites. They are responsible for the direct leadership of the teams including hiring, development and team member relations. This role will act as a liaison to the customer as appropriate, enabling demand to be met by allocating teams appropriately with input from the site foreman and ensuring safe working practices are maintained.
