Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kumasi for a Marketing & Sales Supervisor at Fruity Star Ghana. Qualifications
• Tertiary Education
• Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of sales representatives
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and market research techniques
• Ability to analyze sales data and create reports
• Experience with budget management and forecasting
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing market trends and consumer preferences
