Conduct market research of current public facilities trends and hypes on equivalent development based on population, socio-demographic, psychographic, etc. to increase SML township’s touchpoints with various market segments.
- Develop strategy in bringing the right facility partners that can bring the right traffic and additional value to SML township.
- Scout and build relationships with future partners to develop diversification of facilities, formats, target markets, etc.
- Understand partners’ business viability, potential expansion plan, footfall pattern, visibility, catchment area, up to investment ROI, in order to get the best win-win business terms.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand under-utilized property assets, in terms of commercial and technical feasibilities to be utilized as traffic pulling facilities.
