Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Thrissur. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for recruitment, retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and procedures. You will work closely with senior leadership and the human resources team to align human resources strategies and initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2years of experience in human resources management
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing human resources policies, programs, and procedures
