As a Shift Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily manufacturing activities and will be a point of contact for escalation of issues.

This role allows the successful candidate to utilise their manufacturing expertise along with developing leadership skills, by acting as a point of escalation for Team leader in their absence.
