POSITION FOR SENIOR RENTAL ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a competent and Senior Rental Administrator to join the team in a

permanent position at our Head Office in Swellendam. This position will be responsible forthe

administrative matters relating to rental properties and the efficient assistance of Rental

Management. This position will provide a support function to the Financial Manager.

Responsibilities
• Overall Rental Administration
• Ensuring all landlords are paid on time
• Effective decision-making and delegating of tasks
• General ad hoc duties as and when necessary

Qualifications
• Financial degree/diploma in finance or experience in handling financial transactions
• Previous experience as a Property Administrator will be an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel will be an advantage
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills and high attention to detail
