Duties * You will perform both pre award and post award functions relating to the planning, development, advertisement, award, and administration of contracts for the procurement of supplies services, Architect Engineering and/or Construction. * You will provide assistance to technical specialists in the preparation/development of contractually acceptable specifications, work statements, and quality assurance criteria. * You will analyze and evaluate cost and pricing data to determine cost or price reasonableness. * You will counsel small and disadvantaged business firms on opportunities and procedures for obtaining Federal contracts. * You will develop and recommend the most suitable type of contract and incentive structure for use by the contracting officer.
