Position: Corporate Lawyer with English Proficiency

Responsibilities:
• Drafting detailed legal opinions.
• Writing and reviewing a wide range of contracts.
• Corporate work, including amendments to constituent documents.
• Reviewing advertising to ensure legal compliance.
• Active participation in court hearings.
• Drafting administrative appeals.
• Consulting on issues of labor, civil, administrative, and transportation law.
• Leading negotiations and business meetings, with the ability to conclude settlement agreements.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in English: Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Professional experience as a lawyer: minimum of 1 year.
• Solid knowledge of civil law (including corporate and contractual law).
• Knowledge of advertising and competition law.
• Experience in participating in court hearings and trials.
• Knowledge of passenger transportation legislation will be an advantage.
