This role is responsible for leading a large team of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Technicians and is well suited to someone who can effectively lead from the front to drive team performance and meet key business objectives. As the leader of the Palmerston North team, reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this opportunity is suited to candidates with the drive and ambition to grow within a highly successful and expanding business.

This is a key role which is accountable for ensuring that customer objectives are met and developing key accounts.
