Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring employees, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring legal compliance, providing consistent guidance to leadership teams on HR matters, and overseeing employee engagement programs.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices, laws, and regulations in Nigeria
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring employees for diverse roles and levels
