Role Description

This hybrid full-time position at GICOM is for a Head Engineer, who will spearhead and guide a team of engineers in creating and sustaining communication, operational, and management solutions for telecom, infrastructure, and power sectors. Responsibilities include supervising the entire solution development process, from conception to execution, and enhancing engineering procedures for optimal efficiency and excellence.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Expertise in solution development methodologies, both hardware and software
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java and Python is a plus
