Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Clerk at Mifsud & Mifsud Advocates in Valletta. The Accounts Clerk will be responsible for:

• Issuing sales invoices and processing supplier invoices

• Following up overdue payments via telephone and email

• Assisting the Accountant in the preparation of VAT returns

• Assisting in the monthly payroll process

• Liaising with business partners

• Posting bank statements

• Reconciling the bank and cash accounts

• Performing any other related duties assigned by superiors to meet the organization's needs
