Job Description:

1. Establish and maintain customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction;

2. The CQE should have the ability to handle abnormal problems in customer receipt and assembly process and make preliminary judgments. 5W2H method can be used to describe the fault, and notice the relevant responsible persons immediately;
