For this exciting opportunity, you will join the HR Team with the objective of monitoring and developing engagement programs for our Ferrari blue collars, aiming to promote continuous improvement, motivation, and participation in company’s activities.
Simultaneously, you will support the HR Business Partner on the following daily activities:
- employee life cycle management, such as recruiting, on-boarding, training, organization & development;
- update and provide reports, KPI analysis and monitoring.
