VP Engineering to a growing global Tech company that provides cloud-based solutions and advanced AI-powered analytics to streamline the end-user application process, resulting in increased sales and significantly reduced operating costs.

This role shall be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the product’s roadmap ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

The VP Engineering will be responsible for the R&D, Architecture, QA, IT Operations and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

????Lead the R&D, Architecture, QA, IT Operations, and Compliance teams

????Manage technology P&L and key KPI’s

????Execute the company roadmap in timely-manner

????Develop and implement policies, procedures and corporate governance for each group

????Assemble and coordinate the groups per the company’s business plan
