Reporting directly to the CEO, the individual within this role will oversee the finance function, as well as provide strategic and financial insight into key decision-making. The responsibilities and person specification are as follows:

Responsibilities:
• Management of Cash Flow
• Overseeing the AP & AR Team
• Support in year-end audit process; preparation of audit documents and liaising with audit teams
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Implementation of process improvements and efficiencies
• Management of the Payroll Function

Person Specification:
• Qualified Accountant
• People Management Experience
• Analytical and attention to detail

Details:
• Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
