Customer Services Administrator – Sales Department

Role:

Due to growth in all divisions the Company is now seeking an experienced Customer Services Administrator to work in our Sales & Customer Services Department. This is a full-time position and is office based. Reporting to the General Manager & Head of Operations, the role involves working with our internal departments and warehouse staff to ensure good customer service. The successful candidate will have good attention to detail and pleasant telephone manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of quotations and tenders.
• Order processing across a number of divisions within the Company.
• Invoicing and preparation of chain of custodies using an ERP system (SAP Business one).
• Updating CRM (Salesforce).
• Tracking orders and updating customers on delivery times.
• Dealing with Customer enquiries.
