Qualifications
• Experience in phone handling and etiquette, receptionist duties, clerical skills, communication, and customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is a plus
