Meridian Business Support are working on behalf of a healthcare business in Leicestershire, they require an experienced, registered Social Worker to work within their adult services.

Position: Social Worker

Salary: £38,000 per annum - permanent role

Hours: 37.5 hours a week

The Ideal Social Worker Will Have
• Ideally looking for an experienced, registered Social Worker, within the specialist area of neuro-rehabilitation and physical disability.
• You will have gained first-hand experience in liaising with Social Services, the NHS, Housing departments, the legal profession, courts and the Department of Works and Pensions in order to co-ordinate and implement the processes and procedures required under current legislation.

Job responsibilites for their Social Workers:
• To co-ordinate health, rehabilitation, social service, medico-legal and voluntary agencies to ensure an individually tailored programme is provided for each client
