NXTGEN have an immediate requirement for an Interim Management Accountant to join a leading manufacturing business based near Holmes Chapel. The role is initially offered on a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential for something longer term for the right candidate. As Management Accountant you will support the delivery of the month end close, business partnering with cost centre leaders to provide insight on financial performance vs plan. You will be heavily involved in the budgeting and forecasting cycles, reviewing and investigating variances as well as identifying potential opportunities for cost saving or efficiencies. This Management Accountant role will join a small but high performing finance team who are also in the process of upgrading their ERP system. As a result you can expect to support on ad hoc finance related tasks as well as the SAP project.
