Personal Assistant

Task and Responsibilities:
• To provide PA/Secretarial support to the Managing Director
• Performing variety of personal requests from the MD
• Schedule meetings and appointments for MD
• Take notes and provide general assistance during presentations and meetings
• Conducting travel arrangements when required from the MD
• Assist in any duties, general office administration, projects and activities
• Assist and preparation of Government tenders

Requirements for the candidates
• Fluency Greek and English Language is mandatory
• Minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience in a similar position is pre requisite
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages and computer literate
• Strong ability to make conclusion-based decisions and work independently
